Imagine love without the 'other man'
Imagine a feeling without the 'other man'
Imagine a situation without the 'other man'
Imagine an imagination without the 'other man'
Imagine a world without the 'other man'
Oh how life would be without the 'other man'
No man is an island they say
hence the inevitability of the 'other man'
For as life be worthless without breath,
so be existence without the 'other man'
As the mouth be worthless without the tongue,
so be a speech without the presence of the 'other man'
For as a government be worthless without the governed,
so be relationships without the 'other man'
But what a world i often wonder
This odd world, i affirm
or how else would one best
describe, define and then decipher
a world where so much love is preached,
yet so much hatred is practiced
Where at face value one is a friend
and at back value, a foe
Or a world where people do things-
forgetting there is a tomorrow,
forgetting there is the 'other man'
forgetting that growth, progress, achievement et al
comes as a result of the 'other man'.
Oh how important is the 'other man'.
